Undergraduate Program

South Asian Studies Major/Minor

While the Center does not offer undergraduate degrees in South Asian Studies, a student can focus on South Asian Studies through the two majors offered by the Department of Middle Eastern and South Asian Languages and Cultures.The major in Asian and Middle Eastern Languages and Literatures offers concentrations in Hindi, Persian, Sanskrit, and Urdu. The major in Middle Eastern Studies and South Asian Studies offers a regional concentration in South Asia. A minor in Middle Eastern and South Asian Studies is also offered.
