The University of Virginia McIntire Department of Music and the Virginia Center for Computer Music presents TechnoSonics XII- Light, the annual festival featuring internationally recognized composers and performers on Friday, September 23rd at 8:00 PM in the Rotunda Dome Room at the University of Virginia. This year's concert presents a program of curated works on the theme of light -- as sonic cause, correlate and effect, as metaphor, counterpoint, and more. Guest composer Jeff Herriott will be on hand for the occasion, as will UVA composers Matthew Burtner, Ted Coffey and Judith Shatin.
