The department is housed in Kerchof Hall on the central grounds of the University. We have 28 faculty members, 4 postdoctoral instructors, nearly a dozen lecturers and visitors, 53 graduate students, and ~185 undergraduate majors. Courses are taught in a variety of mathematical areas, and research is done in more than a dozen diverse fields.
