Proposal Approval Sheet (aka "Goldenrod")
The Proposal Approval Sheet (PAS), often referred to as the Goldenrod, is required whenever a new proposal, continuation, revision, or renewal is submitted for funding. The Goldenrod form is the internal coversheet that provides a means for proposal routing as well as an agreement between the Principal Investigator and the University concerning policies and regulations governing sponsored funding. It serves as a guide and as a checklist toward the steps and ingredients essential to the internal proposal approval process.
