Web Projects

The Arts & Sciences Communications Web Team can assist with a variety of web projects. We can help create new websites or sections, as well as create news websites and e-newsletters (see our list of services).

Request a new web project

1. Complete the web project request form (.doc, 30KB) and submit it to the A & S Communications Web Team using the Contact us form.
1. The Web Team will review technical requirements, support and personnel needs, and schedule timelines and budgets.
2. Once your new project request has been reviewed you will be contacted by the A&S Communications Web Team letting you know how we can assist you with your project.
3. If the project cannot be incorporated, A&S Communications can provide a list of alternative resources.

What is a web project?

A project is any A&S Web Team request that fits in any of these categories:

• The project is new and does not exist currently.
• The project requires the involvement of multiple stakeholders.
• The project is a new feature or site-wide enhancement.

How long will it take to complete my new project?

It depends. Based on the details you provide through the web project request form and our current project schedule, we can estimate when the web project can begin and how long it will take to complete.
