Getting Started

1. Request permission to edit webpages

See "How do I get permission to edit webpages?" instructions.

2. Confirm or create Eservices password

See "What is my password?" instructions.

3. Verify or install Contribute software

  1. Determine whether Contribute 3 or a newer version is installed on your computer. (Contact your LSP if you need help with this step.)
  2. If you do not have Contribute 3 or newer installed:
    1. Purchase Contribute
    2. Install Contribute onto your computer.
    3. Take the Contribute tutorial.

4. Review editorial style guide & Web best practices

To ensure that content in the A&S website remains consistent throughout the site, review the editorial style guide and the Web best practices.

  2. Review Web best practices
  3. Creating/Editing and Naming Images

5. Contact A&S Communications to receive your Contribute Connection instructions

Contact A&S Communications after you have completed the first 4 steps. A&S Communications will then send you your Contribute connection instructions.

5. Set up your Contribute connection

Now that you have Contribute installed on your computer and you have received the connection information from A&S Communications, follow these instructions to set up a Contribute connection.
