Open original image using Fireworks. Crop image so that it is basically rectangular, in a 2:3 ratio (taller than wide). Modify: Image Size: Enter width of 200, height will automatically change to as close to 300 as possible (make sure that “Constrain Proportions” box is checked). Confirm resolution is 72 pixels/in. File: Export Preview. Chose the Saved Setting that offers the best quality picture combined with the fastest loading time. Click Export. Save image using LastNameFirstName naming convention.

Open Ingeniux. Open News Publications: Internal Components: Image. Choose File: Upload. Use the pop-up window to navigate to the image you want to upload. Check the “Create Component” box and choos Images/asonline in the “Upload to” field. Click Upload. Name image using Last Name, First Name convention, keeping TN or Cover as needed.
This naming convention is for all A&S and ICMS images.
Maximum 31 characters. If it is longer, shorten as needed while retaining the date and last name portions.
No spaces or symbols (Just numbers and letters)
Include TN at the end for Thumbnail images
