Use of Email for College Administrative Announcements

In the event they use mail service other than the University’s, they must have their University mail forwarded to it. Unawareness of officially sent e-mail will not be accepted as a reason for failure to comply with information in the message. Examples include end of the semester academic status messages including notice of a school block, notice of penalties consequent to failure to declare a major, various official newsletters, request to schedule an appointment with your Association Dean, etc.
