Deborah Kane Scholarships

Award

Varying numbers of awards of varying dollar amounts.

Purpose

The Deborah Kane Scholarhship for third year college students in the humanities and social sciences will provide money for travel overseas to pursue an educational experience with preference given to "untravelled" students wishing to study in Mexico, Central America, or South America.

You may apply for more than one Dean's Scholarship, but you must fill out a separate application for each one.You may use the same Letter of Recommendation for multiple applications, though a separate copy is needed for each. Letters must be CONFIDENTIAL - with a signature across the seal.You may submit the same essay only if the essay question for the scholarships is the same.

Applications should be submitted to Assistant Dean Shawn Lyons, College of Arts and Sciences, 103 Monroe Hall.
