Because the Arts Box Office is part of the University of Virginia, the box office system and patron service software we use is a shared University resource. The system is shared by four primary University parties: Department of Drama, Heritage Theatre Festival, McIntire Department of Music, and the Virginia Film Festival. Each of these has limited access to accounts originating at the others. Various other groups may also elect to sell tickets through the Arts Box Office. We will not provide any personal information to any organization not serviced by the Arts Box Office. We are committed to maintaining the highest level of privacy practical.
You may visit and browse our website as often as you like without logging in and no personal information about your visit will be collected. If you visit our website simply to browse, we may collect general information about the way in which you use our website, including, but not limited to, the time and duration of visit, type of web browser used, the operating system you are using, your IP address, and the websites from which you linked to us.
